Seasonal Distribution Associate – Warehouse Operations

Black Bear Talent is actively seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Distribution Associates to support fast-paced daily warehouse
operations. This is a seasonal temporary position with the potential for full-time opportunities, though not guaranteed.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork while helping ensure on-time, high-quality
deliveries.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Starting pay: $13.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using detailed pick lists
- Enter order and inventory data into the ERP system with precision
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and overall order accuracy
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, staging, and final checks
- Inspect packages to ensure product integrity and proper labeling
- Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against packing slips
- Put away and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
- Strong attention to detail with basic computer and data entry skills
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, picking/packing, receiving, or shipping preferred
