Black Bear Talent is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Utility team member to support evening operations. This role is responsible for handling hotel laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Additional hours may be available in housekeeping for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist housekeeping team when needed or as additional hours become available
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel, housekeeping, or laundry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends and overtime when required.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment background check
- Must have reliable transportation.
