(Full-Time | May require be a mix of daylight and evenings)

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a quiet, focused environment and is confident managing responsibilities independently. As the primary overnight supervisor, you’ll ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and support. From safely administering medications to supervising caregivers and responding to resident needs, your role is vital to maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately administer and document prescribed medications
  • Monitor residents for potential side effects or changes in condition
  • Ensure medication carts and storage areas are clean, stocked, and compliant with state regulations
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies
  • Supervise and support overnight caregiving staff
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and other team members about resident care
  • Record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification (Required)

  • Previous supervisory or lead shift experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Physical ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents and equipment as needed
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and computer systems
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
