Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment
- Read and interpret measurements using micrometers and calipers
- Follow production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
- Adhere to all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience required
- Experience operating multiple CNC lathes and mills preferred
- Ability to use and read micrometers and calipers is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Team oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent safety record and understanding of manufacturing safety practices
- Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
