About the role
This position is responsible for cleaning and grinding castings.
Key responsibilities
- Perform grinding, sanding, or blasting to smooth metal surfaces
- Operate finishing equipment such as cut-off saws, belt grinders, and sandblasters
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous foundry or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
