About the role
This role will support the sales and marketing teams by preparing accurate quotes, maintaining clean and organized data systems, managing file organization, and help strengthen the company's brand presence on LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities
- Request, enter, and update quotes as well as prepare detailed quote sheets for sales representatives
- Clean, update, and maintain HubSpot and Google Drive records
- Assist in building and maintaining the company brand presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong proficiency with technology, specifically Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM platform
- Experience supporting sales or marketing functions
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
