Restaurant GOMA - Immediate Server Needed

Join Restaurant GOMA, a Japanese fusion concept located at the corner of E. 4th and Prospect in downtown Cleveland. As a Server at GOMA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a server.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle payment accurately and responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Must carry at least a high school diploma.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer experience.
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information as requested.
• Upselling products when appropriate.
• Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
• Taking orders accurately using software, order slips, or by memorization.
• Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Delivering checks and collecting payments.
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.
• Ability to learn specials.
