Our restaurant is looking for a server who will deliver an exceptional dinning experience to our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience at our venue.

To help our restaurant provide a memorable dining experience, a good server should be able to ensure that our guests are fully satisfied by being friendly, courteous, accommodating, and reliable. A suitable candidate for the job should also be a problem-solver and a team player.

Requirements:

● Must have prior experience as a server.

● Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.

● Must be able to handle payment accurately and responsibly.

● Must be able to multitask and act quickly.

● Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.

●Must carry at least a high school diploma.

Responsibilities:

● Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.

● Providing menu recommendations and additional information as requested.

● Upselling products when appropriate.

● Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.

● Taking orders accurately using software, order slips, or by memorization.

● Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.

● Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.

● Delivering checks and collecting payments.

● Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.

● Providing exceptional customer experience.
