Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during closing shifts to maintain high service standards
- Ensure all closing procedures and security protocols are followed accurately
- Ensure food safety in all areas of the restaurant
- Support team members with training and development during shifts
- Hands-On Leadership during the shift to support Senior Operations Managers

Job Details
- Full-time position with weekend, closing shift availability required (preferably 2-11 or similar-can discuss). A 45-hour work week is typical; 5-day workweek plus Sundays off.
- On-site role at Forest Hill Chick-fil-A, locally owned and operated
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant leadership experience required
- Kitchen experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
