At Chick-fil-A Littleton, our kitchen is the heart of our restaurant. We are looking for an industry professional to lead our kitchen team. As our Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring quick and accurate delivery of the craveable food that Chick-fil-A is known for.

As the Kitchen Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a growing business through new innovations and operational excellence, while holding a high food safety standard.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside local ownership and have direct influence in the business.

Full-time, 45 to 50 hours weekly

Wage $20-$22/hour depending on experience

Preferred qualifications

2+ years of previous kitchen management experience

ServSafe certified

Available to work a variety of shifts across all dayparts

Able to effectively coach and give direction to team members

Able to engage in immediate problem resolution and create plans to correct critical issues

Good multi-tasking abilities and communication skills

Enthusiastic and passionately present with the restaurant team

Sets a good example for the team, is professional and mature

Displays confident humility and growth mindset

Drives continuous improvement for the back of house operations

Actively participates in weekly leadership team meetings

Basic office computer skills (Excel and Word)

Previous inventory management

English/Spanish bilingual a plus but not a requirement
