- Supervise front counter team members and coordinate schedules

- Drive speed and accuracy in Drive Thru and front counter operations
- Maintain Chick-fil-A appearance and cleanliness standards
- Promote unity and positive communication among team members
- Manage labor and team member breaks in compliance with regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Positive attitude with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic communication
- Reliable transportation and ability to work night shifts (2pm - 10:45pm)
- Strong people skills with a commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues
- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
- Minimum age 18 and ability to work closing shifts
