Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and continual development of the menu, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and innovation.
• Maintain and refine recipes, manage inventory, and oversee food ordering to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
• Develop weekly specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase culinary creativity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, preferably in a leadership role within a high-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
