What You’ll Do
- Represent Ashworth Heating & Cooling at partner retail locations and community events.
- Greet and engage customers to spark interest in HVAC installation and replacement services.
- Maintain an attractive and informative in-store HVAC display.
- Listen to customer needs and qualify leads for in-home consultations.
- Enter customer information accurately into our lead-capture system.
- Work independently while maintaining professionalism and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new people.
- Goal-oriented with experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own reliable transportation.
- Must be available Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
