Your Role as HVAC Lead Installer
- Lead and execute HVAC system installations with accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor and guide installation helpers and junior techs
- Ensure high-quality standards across all projects
- Accurately measure and install ductwork and related HVAC components
- Maintain clear communication with customers and project managers
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are used and maintained properly
- Document all work performed and update service records
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and random drug screenings
