What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential settings.
- Perform system maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts used.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay sharp and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- EPA certification
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces.
- Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to pass a background check, and drug screening.
