Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC and electrical service appointments based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide customers with updates on service status and technician arrival times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple communications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM or dispatching software (training provided).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
