Your New Role
- Build lasting relationships with customers and teammates.
- Convert prospects into satisfied owners of new heating and cooling systems.
- Perform in-depth comfort surveys, home analyses, and load calculations.
- Always arrive prepared—showing up 5–10 minutes early for appointments.
- Maintain complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner.
- Uphold honesty, positivity, and a client-first attitude in all interactions.
- Participate actively in meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven success in outside sales.
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience (preferred).
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree (preferred).
- Physical capability to navigate attics and crawl spaces.
- Strong follow-up, closing, and organizational skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug screening
- Passion for helping others with a professional, positive attitude.
