Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about the installation process
- Train and mentor install helpers and junior installers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required (or ability to pass)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
