Your New Role
- Lead and manage the HVAC department, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.
- Coach, train, and motivate HVAC technicians to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive sales of HVAC products and services through in-home consultations.
- Perform load calculations and recommend suitable equipment.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and department budget management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, service, and performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, including service, sales, or management (management experience preferred).
- Proven track record in sales with strong closing skills.
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug screening.
