Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential service work experience
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods
- Comfort working in various spaces like crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
