Your Role
- Manage HVAC comfort advisor responsibilities across Daphne & Pensacola.
- Conduct in-home consultations and present customized HVAC solutions.
- Perform detailed comfort surveys and home energy evaluations.
- Convert company-provided, qualified leads into closed sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and referral opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company sales processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven outside sales success.
- HVAC experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED (college a plus).
- Strong closing, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable traveling between Daphne, AL and Pensacola, FL.
- Competitive mindset with a customer-first approach.
