We're seeking a highly qualified Master Electrician to join our team and spearhead this new venture. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of our electrical division, establish best practices, and build a team that mirrors the excellence we've achieved in plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage residential electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
