What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including
drains, pipes, and fixtures
• Provide expert solutions for customer plumbing issues in a timely and
professional manner
• Utilize Service Titan to manage service calls, schedules, and customer
information efficiently
• Collaborate with the office team and fellow technicians for smooth
communication
• Uphold Smith’s Plumbing standards of quality workmanship, professionalism,
and customer service
• Educate customers on proper plumbing maintenance and solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with
safety regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in residential plumbing service and repair
• Proficiency with Service Titan or similar service management software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
