Culver's is looking for new Crew Members to join our team who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is always an advantage, although not required.

Pay Rates and Terms and Conditions

• Adults start at $13-$14 plus closing premium 
• 16-17 yrs start at $11-$12 plus closing premium 
• 14-15 yrs start at $8-$9
