As a Daytime Team Member, you may have the opportunity to work in either Front of House or Back of House positions based on restaurant needs, your interests, and your strengths. Availability Requirements
This position is designed for Team Members who are available during our busiest daytime hours.
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
- Be available to work between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Be available during lunch hours (10:30 AM–2:00 PM)
- Be available to work at least four daytime shifts per week
- Be available to work most Fridays and Saturdays
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What You’ll Do
Front of House Opportunities
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve guests with genuine hospitality and care
- Work in positions such as Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Dining Room Hospitality, Mobile Orders, and Drinks & Desserts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment
Back of House Opportunities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and package Chick-fil-A menu items according to company standards
- Learn and work multiple kitchen stations, including food preparation, breading, fries, and assembly
- Maintain food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork & Excellence
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders
- Complete required training and stay current on procedures and product updates
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines
