As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the leader on duty, helping ensure every shift runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our guests. You'll inspire and coach team members, oversee daily operations, and support restaurant performance goals related to sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM), you'll lead by example, motivate your team, and help create a fast-paced, fun, and successful work environment.
What You'll Do
Lead & Develop People
- Coach, support, and provide feedback to Team Members to help them grow and succeed
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace
- Motivate employees throughout each shift to deliver their best performance
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
Drive Operational Excellence
- Execute shift plans and ensure daily operations run efficiently
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered quickly while meeting quality standards
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and brand compliance
- Monitor shift performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Step into Team Member roles when needed to support the team and guest experience
Deliver Outstanding Guest Service
- Create memorable guest experiences through fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Encourage team members to exceed guest expectations every day
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment
Support Restaurant Profitability
- Follow all cash-handling and security procedures
- Assist with inventory management through daily and weekly counts
- Receive and organize product deliveries
- Help minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous leadership or management experience in a quick-service restaurant preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work flexible and occasionally extended shifts in a fast-paced environment
