What You’ll Do as a Team Leader
- Lead day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
- Respond promptly and respectfully to Guests’ needs, creating emotional connections
- Train new team members and serve as a positive role model
- Open and close shifts as a trusted key holder
- Handle cash drawers and finalize daily operations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team and guests

What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude with a smile and enthusiastic communication
- Ability to create and maintain eye contact and build emotional connections with Guests
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to superior customer service
- Strong people skills and ability to manage team behavior and performance
- Experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
