Shift Manager – Pickleman’s Gourmet Café

Ready to run the show (and keep the sandwiches legendary)? We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Shift Manager to lead the Pickle Team through busy shifts, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every guest leaves happy (and full).
This role is perfect for someone who likes staying moving, leading by example, and working with a crew in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.
What you’ll do (aka your daily game plan)
- Lead and support the team during your shift (coach, motivate, keep the vibe right)
- Open and/or close the restaurant
- Keep food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards on point
- Deliver great customer service and handle guest concerns like a pro
- Keep the restaurant stocked, organized, and running smoothly
- Create a positive, hustle-friendly environment where people actually enjoy working
What we’re looking for
- Restaurant or food service experience (required)
- ServSafe certification (required)
- Don’t have it yet? If you’ve got solid restaurant experience and the right attitude, ask us how we can help you get certified.
- Leadership/shift lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication + time management
- You can multitask without melting down
- Flexible availability (nights/weekends included)
Schedule & Hours
- Restaurant hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Sun–Sat)
- Shifts vary based on availability + business needs
