Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead innovation of technology and systems to increase restaurant throughput.
- Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere for all staff.
- Implement effective coaching techniques to enhance team performance.
- Continuously create and improve systems, equipment, and layout.
- Ensure proper inventory management.
- Manage preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure proper cleanliness of restaurant.
- Hold back-of-the-house team accountable to standards and policies by providing Chick-fil-A resources, encouragement, and correction.
- Ensure a remarkable guest experience is upheld in our community.
Requirements
- Work operationally 80% (both evening and days)
- Opens/Closes/Works Saturdays minimum 2x/month
