We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people with a servant's heart. You must be willing to work hard, be team-oriented, honest, and have great customer skills to work in our Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Prior leadership experience is required.

Supervisor - General Requirements:

• Available to work all shifts as necessitated by the business (Monday through Saturday, 5:45 am - 11:00 pm)
• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Organizes the workflow through Hospitality Professionals
• Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude
• Must have a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment 
• Always keeps their team engaged in serving the guest, is a connector of people, and wields their influence to improve performance and morale of the team
• Monitors the business performance throughout their assigned day
• Responsible for the restaurant’s condition inside and outside.
• Adds value to the culture and contributes to the goals and vision of the business 
• Develops team members according to our hospitality professional model
• Can understand and articulate the vision at large for the organization and Chick-fil-A
• Must be coachable
• Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Serves guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting wage is $19/hr with the opportunity to grow (Candidate qualifies for $19 after completing our development program)
