Front of House Director

At Chick-fil-A, our Front of House Director plays a key role in leading the guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. They are responsible for overseeing hospitality, speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, training, systems, and front-of-house leadership. They do this through developing leaders, improving processes, maintaining Chick-fil-A standards, and creating a strong front-of-house culture. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, relational, self-motivated, and passionate about leading people and creating a remarkable guest experience.


Schedule and Hours:

  • Full-Time 
  • Monday and Wednesday through Saturday (Off Tuesday and Sunday)

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee daily front-of-house operations with excellence
  • Ensure hospitality, speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are
  • consistently maintained
  • Develop, coach, and support front-of-house leaders and team members
  • Create and maintain systems for training, positioning, communication, and accountability
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve business goals and operational priorities
  • Monitor front-of-house performance and look for opportunities to improve results
  • Support front counter, drive-thru, dining room, mobile orders recovery, and overall experience
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and service expectations are followed
  • Lead through busy meal periods with urgency, clarity, and composure
  • Build a strong front-of-house culture focused on hospitality, excellence, teamwork, and growth
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
  • Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
