Chick-fil-A - Kitchen Manager

The pay for the job starts at 15 per hour during the training process that lasts 2 months. Over the course of this training, as you demonstrate your skill set, you will be progressively moved up to 20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient operation
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Being a friendly and encouraging team player
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- closing shifts as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications:
- Smile
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
- Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is preferred
