Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Build relationships in the community to be a point of contact for group and events.
- Data collection of current and future sales growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for sales growth.
- Maintain client database
- Cold call/ in person sales
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Highly self-motivated; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prospecting skills-Meeting sales goals; Closing skills; Territory management; Negotiation; Self-confidence and Product knowledge.
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year of Previous experience in sales or management
