Plan, direct & coordinate the operations & administration of a franchise restaurant, overseeing multiple departments including kitchen team members & shift leaders. Coordinate activities of kitchen team members involved with food preparation & ensure the maintenance of a lean production environment to reduce waste, increase quality, & maintain operational efficiencies. Perform personnel functions, such as executing the lean thaw, lean prep & lean chicken entrees assessments to evaluate team members. Manage inventory to ensure effectiveness & sustainability of operations by maintaining transfer logs & weekly & monthly counts & input.
Minimum Education and work experience requirements:
Require Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent & 2 years of work experience in business & personnel management.
