About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-capacity Assistant Director to join our Front of House leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who’s not afraid to jump into the day-to-day operations, while also bringing strategy, structure, and heart to the team.
You’ll be placed in one of four key departments depending on your strengths and experience:
- Talent (Hiring & Recruiting)
- Training & Development (Onboarding & Leadership Development)
- Operations (Shift Management & Drive-Thru Efficiency)
- Marketing (Brand Awareness, Events, and Community Engagement)
This is a full-time leadership role with clear pathways to senior-level growth and influence within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Front of House teams with excellence and care
- Take ownership of your department’s goals, systems, and execution
- Drive operational performance while creating a positive guest experience
- Mentor and develop Team Members and Team Leaders
- Collaborate with other directors on strategic initiatives
- Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, food safety, and service
- Think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Who You Are:
- A leader who can coach with empathy and drive results
- Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
- A balance of strategic thinker and hands-on executor
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food service, retail, or team leadership preferred
- Eager to grow within Chick-fil-A and make an impact
