Back of House Team Member

Rate of pay$18.29 - 19 per hour

Back of House Team Member: Provide world-class food and customer service services.




Responsibilities:


Serve other team members and your guests enthusiastically

Communicate and work together as a team

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality and customer service

Deliver food quickly and accurately to the guest

Continuously learn and seek improvement


Requirements:


Enthusiasm

Modesty

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable in a fast environment

Follow procedures implemented by federal, state and local health codes

Must be able to lift between 25 and 50 pounds

Must be able to stand for extended periods (periods that may last approximately 4 hours and 45 minutes)

You have to know how to do simple math computations

Must be able to read and write

You have to be able to learn all the recipes for everything on the menu by heart
