Supervisor Role – HR Growth Path
Brand Summary:
At Chick-fil-A, we are so much more than a restaurant. Join our leadership team and partner with a reputable brand known for leading the way in its industry. With one-on-one coaching and development from a senior leader, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in our organization. Be immersed in our culture, lead key projects, and develop your own business plans.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our leadership team—someone who thrives in restaurant operations and is excited to gain experience in Human Resources along the way. This is an operations-first position, with 80–90% of your time spent managing day-to-day restaurant shifts. The remaining 5–7 hours per week will be dedicated to supporting the HR department: assisting with interviews, paperwork, and basic onboarding.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to HR processes while still being a front-line operations leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations (Primary Role – 35+ hrs/week):
- Supervise and support a team of 20+ team members during restaurant shifts
- Lead by example in guest experience, pace, and service standards
- Execute and uphold Chick-fil-A’s operational systems and procedures
- Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and guests
HR Support (Developmental – ~5 hrs/week):
- Assist with initial interviews and screening of candidates
- Support onboarding tasks (paperwork, training follow-ups)
- Coordinate with the Director of Talent & Development on hiring needs
- Help track basic HR compliance and documentation
Who This Role is For:
- Someone passionate about leading teams in a restaurant setting
- A quick learner looking to dip their toes in HR without leaving operations
- A strong communicator who enjoys people and processes
- Interested in building real-world experience in interviewing, onboarding, and basic HR admin
- Not looking for a desk job—this is not a corporate HR position
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in team leadership (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
