Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to every guest
- Prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Restock supplies and complete assigned opening and cleaning tasks
- Communicate clearly with leaders and fellow team members
- Support the team wherever needed
Qualifications
- Consistent morning availability and the ability to work Saturdays
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others and accept coaching
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
