Job Description:

The People Development Supervisor is a key leadership role focused on day-to-day operations at Chick-fil-A South Colorado & Yale. As a supervisor, you’ll manage a team of 20+ team members, ensure smooth restaurant performance, and model excellent guest service. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting our store’s culture—helping foster a positive, encouraging, and growth-minded environment for everyone on the team.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, but also cares deeply about people and wants to help shape a workplace that’s fun, inspiring, and aligned with our values.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of 20+ in daily front-of-house operations (35–40 hours/week)
  • Execute Chick-fil-A systems with excellence and consistency
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
  • Partner with leadership to support "leveling-up" and "Care Sessions"
  • Assist in implementing initiatives that improve team morale and retention
  • Be a culture champion—leading by example, promoting teamwork, and reinforcing core values
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent & Development on leadership training, recognition, and culture-building events

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in supervisory or team leadership roles (restaurant or retail preferred)
  • Excellent communicator and motivator
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about people development and creating a healthy work culture
  • A humble servant-leader who leads by example
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
