Role: Serve as Director leading performance and strategy over one of the key business departments:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 60+
- Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
- Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week
- Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance
- Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
- Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress
- Oversee business expenses and maximize profits
- Develop future leaders
Qualifications:
- Experience in team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong project/time management skills
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently on complex projects

Compensation: Total compensation/benefits estimated at $70,000+
- Wage: $26/hr at 45 hrs/wk
