Full-Service Bar Manager (Assistant General Manager)

This is a first of its kind location for Bojangles, a full-service dining room and a made to order kitchen! We are looking for experience managing full-service kitchen concepts, high volume in a college atmosphere. If your flexible and ready to help shape the next Bojangles chapter we'd love to meet you. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. The Bar Manager will be responsible for maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere while managing staff and inventory effectively. Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies. Oversees staff, including bartenders and in some cases, team members, and/or kitchen staff as well. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Maintains inventory • Develops menu and recipes • Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean • Can oversee planning for special events • Select and purchase liquor and bar supplies • Responsible for maintaining bar profit and margins • Oversees staff-bartenders, team members, servers

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team, and leading others to achieve desired results.
  • Food safety knowledge and willingness to certify in this field
  • Control labor, food and cash according to procedures
  • Help develop team members to improve performance and earnings
  • Complete daily inventories
  • Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
  • Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
  • Understanding that your success depends on the success of others

Minimum Age: 18 years old


Experience: Previous Management Experience (required). Restaurant Management (preferred).
