Chick-fil-A Pavilions North is looking for an organized, customer-focused Catering Leader to help grow our catering program! This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to represent Chick-fil-A in San Antonio.
You’ll manage catering orders from start to finish—prepping, delivering, setting up, and following up with clients to ensure a top-tier experience. You’ll also hit the streets to canvass local businesses and help spread the word about our catering services.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, manage, and execute catering orders with accuracy, care, and a strong sense of ownership
- Coordinate closely with Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered on time
- Proactively contact customers to confirm order details, delivery timing, setup needs, and special requests
- Deliver and set up catering orders at events with professionalism, attention to detail, and a hospitality-first mindset
- Follow up with catering customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback or opportunities to improve
- Build relationships with nearby businesses by canvassing and promoting Chick-fil-A catering offerings
- Maintain catering inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for all orders
- Work independently while staying highly organized, punctual, and responsive
- Share customer insights and leads with leadership to support catering growth
- Support Front-of-House operations during peak hours as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage delivery logistics
- Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred, but not required
