Our restaurant is located just west of the airport and across from North Star Mall. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who find joy in serving others. No experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know to share in our success! As our restaurant grows there will be many opportunities for you to grow as well.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Full time or Part-Time Availability – to serve and meet the needs of our guests when they need us the most. We ask that you are able to work at least 6 hours per shift. Candidates should be available to work at least 3 days per week. Saturday availability is a must.
- Determination and Drive – to make our guest’s day and give them the experience that they have come to expect from the Chick-fil-A brand.
- Heart and Mindset – to learn not just learn the What and How we do, but the Why we do it.

What you'll do (responsibilities)
- Work in both our front counter serving area and our drive-thru
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
- Maintain eye contact and engage guests in warm, personal conversation
- Create emotional connections and memorable experiences for each guest
- Honor and model the restaurant’s vision, values, and service standards
- Work efficiently while handling multiple tasks at once
- Support your teammates with a cooperative, dependable spirit
- Communicate clearly with both guests and fellow Team Members
- Follow all operational, safety, and dress code guidelines
- Assist in keeping the dining and service areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Other duties as assigned
