Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay updated with new products and follow Chick-fil-A standards
- Complete all tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code
- Report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and loves helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently or in a team
- Flexible schedule availability and able to lift and stand for long periods
