WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Bartender - Catering and Events (Seasonal or Permanent), these are the results you'll be hired to accomplish:
» ① Quick & Accurate Drink Execution
Mix and serve drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the event.
» ② Smooth, Guest-First Bar Service
Deliver a warm, welcoming bar experience that keeps guests happy, lines moving, and the energy high all night.
» ③ Efficient Bar Setup & Breakdown
Set up the event bar efficiently at the start and break it down completely at the end, leaving the space clean and better than we found it.
» ④ Clean & Organized Event Bar
Keep your bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times during the event.
PAY
We pay a base wage of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus tips. Base wage depends on relevant experience. Tips are based on your level of hospitality, events worked, and how busy the bar is - the busier, the better! Tips are shared amongst the bar staff at that event.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of our catered events. All-day, 10-12 hour weekend shifts are most common. Weekday shifts are also available, but typically reserved for full-time employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Here are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves:
- At least 1 year of professional bartending experience, preferably in catering, banquets, or high-volume hospitality
- Must have a current ServSafe Food Handler Certification
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in extreme temperatures
- For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays
- For full-time positions, must have open availability
- Must be able to (or be willing to learn to!) drive large vehicles - including box trucks and extended vans
- Must have reliable transportation for getting to and from work
- Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality trends - a major plus!
