Cook Job duties include:
- Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Review menus prior to preparation of food prepares modified diets using appropriate techniques.
- Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and sanitary regulations as well as with our established policies and procedures.
- Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
- Inspect trays to assure that the correct diet is served to the resident.
Preferred Experience:
- Cooking Experience
- Food Handlers Permit or able to obtain prior to starting
