Maintenance Assistant
As a Maintenance Assistant you will work under the direction of the plant manager. You will perform general maintenance on all aspect of building.
Job Duties
- Makes plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs in patients rooms, such as patients beds, HVAC and nurse call system
- Performs construction and remodeling such as dry wall, plastering and painting
- Performs scheduled maintenance
- Maintains flooring throughout the facility
- Performs snow and ice removal
- Completes maintenance tasks as assigned
