Shifts Monday-Friday 12pm-5:30pm
Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Organizing and distributing mail
- Copying, faxing and performing other administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception desk and area clean and well-organized
- Maintain a professional and welcoming personality with everyone who enters the facility
- Help with resident trust
- Resident cash and check handling
- Daily update the employee staffing census
- Make copies of admissions checklist and other forms
- Make signs around the building
- Ordering office supplies
- Assist other departments when needed
Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great telephone communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good time-management skills
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks
