Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote CKE Cultural Values to build a high-performing team
• Support the Performance Management process to ensure employee success
• Resolve customer issues and train employees in customer service standards
• Coach and hold the team accountable for operational procedures
• Ensure food safety standards are met during shifts
• Implement restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years of restaurant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Flexible schedule including weekends and nights
• Strong teamwork, customer focus, accountability, and communication skills
• Adaptable to changing conditions and priorities
• Analytical, organized, and process improvement-oriented
