Your Role:
- Connect: Greet guests warmly and help them explore our menu.
- Educate: Share your favorite drinks and assist guests in customizing their orders.
- Represent: Be the face of Feng Cha, showcasing our culture of care.
- Stay Consistent: Ensure quality, speed, and service for every guest.
- Spread Positivity: Uplift your teammates and guests alike.
- Show Up: Be reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed.
- Pitch In: Assist with various tasks to support the team.
