Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep with expert knowledge
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen at all times
- Stay updated on new product rollouts and complete in-house training regularly
- Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned, adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team success
Qualifications and Requirements
- Consistent, reliable, and motivated with a cheerful and positive attitude
- Passionate about serving and helping others with strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and works well independently or in a team
- Flexible availability and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for creating a great guest experience
